    The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola's Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video Sales organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives.
    Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Delivery Manager is a key role to support the fast-growing video business. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving supply chain results and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. You will also:

    • Create deliveries in ERP system for customer sales orders
    • Manage order prioritization to balance customer and business requirements
    • Coordinate and collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and quality teams
    • Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash, and customer delivery targets
    • Ensure customer on-time delivery and minimize delinquent backlog
    • Communicate and manage supply chain risks
    • Resolve critical customer and business issues

    • Identifying and leading business process improvements

    • Developing business risk mitigation and continuity plans for the organization
    • Strong management skills preferred.

    Basic Requirements

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
    • 5 years of experience in Business Operations, or Supply Chain Management required.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
