    This includes leadership, training, and oversight of 50+ clinical staff who provide care services to 80+ long-term and short-term residents.

    ResponsibilitiesOversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical departmentHiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership teamWork directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to accurately assess, communicate and document resident status on electronic care systemOversight of aides and nurses and other care staff.

    delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnel as neededOther leadership duties as neededQualificationsCurrent unencumbered RN license in the State.
