Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator- New Installation will coordinate administrative duties for the branch's New Installation operations department.
Responsibilities include receiving booking packages, electronically filing them into JobSight, updating key members and customer contact information,
and preparing permits and forms to obtain them. The coordinator will also send turnover approval requests,
input final acceptance forms into JobSight, notify personnel and forward copies of the form to Regional Billing,
y update related reports. +
