Archways Property Management is looking for a part-time leasing agent to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties surrounding the San Fernando Valley. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work on weekends

• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills

• Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Google Drive

• Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred but not required

• Minimum one year of Customer Service and Sales Experience

• Must have means of transportation

Responsibilities:

• Advertise vacancies using variety of social media, promoting materials and conduct market surveys as requested

• Present and lease apartment units to prospective lessors

• Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits

• Meet up with applicants for lease signing and collecting security deposit

• Develop and maintain high level of customer service relationships with prospects and residents

• Uphold a professional appearance at all times

• Report all unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

• Assist managers in collecting rent, balance dues and outstanding paperwork

• Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork

• Ensure leasing office, tour path, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is pleasing to all 5 senses and impeccably clean

• Monitor outstanding work orders and constantly communicate with maintenance staff

• Stay fully informed of current rental rates, floorplans, locations and all amenities of the property

Required language:

• English, Spanish a plus
