- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

- Proven success working with all levels of management

- Experience managing large IT projects
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience managing projects that deploy finance applications
- Professional certification such as PMP
- Delivered applications to internal business users
- Experience working with business users as well as IT resources
