    What you'll do on a typical day:

    • Oversee staff in inbound, city, and outbound freight operations
    • Ensure production targets are met by managing tonnage, payroll, and administrative functions
    • Create hourly employee schedules to meet daily operational objectives
    • Enforce company, FMCSR, OSHA, and DOT policies and regulations
    • Coach and develop team members in alignment with company standards
    • Exemplify and uphold our values within your team

    What you need to succeed at XPO:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation
    • Knowledge of Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry and DOT regulations
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
    • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field, supervisory experience, positive attitude, exceptional leadership and communication skills

    This role requires physical capabilities such as lifting heavy objects, reaching, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
