Job Title: Telecommunications Service Technician

The Role

The position involves interacting with customers professionally and courteously, either remotely or in person, to discuss service order requirements. Those in this role will need to assess customers' service needs, as well as suggest alternative services when necessary. The responsibilities include installing, repairing, and testing residential and small business telecommunication services and broadband products. This includes setting up wireless/wired networks on approved modems/routers, connecting wires and cables, and attaching various hardware to ensure proper functioning.

Willingness to work outdoors
Customer service and related experience preferred

SIGNING BONUS

Up to $4,000 bonus available, including a sign-on bonus and wage step increases

Littleton, CO
Lakewood, CO
Wheat Ridge, CO
Denver, CO
Thornton, CO

Main Responsibilities

Install, maintain/repair, and troubleshoot various residential/small business products and services
Set up and troubleshoot home networks
Complete splicing connections and work with different types of hardware
Utilize various tools to ensure proper installation and repair
Read and interpret technical documents
Interact with customers courteously and professionally
Identify revenue generation opportunities
Work well independently and in a team
Use laptop for various tasks

What We Look For in a Candidate

Requirements:

Flexible availability, including weekends
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Physical strength to lift heavy objects
Perform job activities outdoors in various weather conditions
High school diploma required
No more than 2 years of experience

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range:

Minimum: $21.53
Maximum: $32.29
