The Director has full responsibility for the on-going clinical and administrative oversight of the program.

The position works to monitor and advise staff around their productivity and skills development, as well as monitor and advise the Managing Director around the achievement of programmatic goals.

*KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures overall clinical, operational and fiscal oversight for programs that include clinic, consultation and satellite programming.
• Provides regularly scheduled supervision to staff members
• Ensures that the clinical needs of the clients are met and that excellent clinical care is in line with State and City regulations and mandates
• Evaluates staff and provides training through regular supervision
• Ensures appropriate supervision of all program interns, either through direct supervision or by overseeing the clinical supervision provided by an appropriately licensed staff person.
• Implements continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensures the program utilizes established, effective interventions to achieve defined, meaningful clinical outcomes
• Reviews and evaluates comprehensive assessments, progress notes, treatment plan reviews for quality assurance.
• Ensures that programmatic systems are in place to meet all client safety and service needs
• Is a key staff resource for community outreach efforts and may perform such outreach and establish linkages with other groups, individuals or organizations which may be helpful to the clients served.
• Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations
• Utilizes data to inform planning, service delivery and overall management
• Participates in agency and external committees and initiatives
• Works collaboratively with other clinic directors
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• LMSW/LCSW/PsyD license Required
• Experience in direct services to the homeless and/or mentally ill and substance abusing populations
• Minimum of 3 years of closely related experience
• Experience acting in administrative and leadership roles
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with operational budgets

_Please note- The annual base salary range is $65k to $70k.

Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
