• Technical School degree in Machine Tooling Technics or relevant experience
• CNC operator
• 1-3 years of Tool Room experience

Responsibilities

- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and promptly report any significant injury hazards. Report work-related incidents and hazards. Adhere to HSE standards and regulations. Use proper protective gear. Encourage teamwork and hazard correction. Recognize environmental impact and work to minimize it. Participate in HSE Training.
- Quality: Maintain high workmanship standards. Support equipment uptime and perform maintenance as per guidelines. Work according to manuals and specifications. Conduct quality inspections. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Follow procedures to minimize quality issues.
- Delivery: Operate various tool room equipment including CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and more. Use measuring devices and perform machine setups. Repair manufacturing equipment. Conduct maintenance activities and keep work area clean. Improve processes and resolve constraints.
- Teamwork: Communicate well with the team and support groups. Participate in training aligned with business needs. Collaborate with TPM teams to enhance quality, safety, and processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Some roles may need specific licenses for export compliance.
