- Work collaboratively with church staff and committees to promote the Weekday School as a ministry of Second Presbyterian Church.
- Think creatively and vision cast for the school's continual development.
- Work collaboratively with staff, faculty, Board members, church members, and other individuals in the school's community.
- Have a progressive educational philosophy and an understanding of the Reggio Approach to early childhood learning.
- Train, coach, delegate, and manage school staff and faculty effectively.
- Promote and market the school via social media and community outreach and to sustain consistent enrollment and family retention.
- Has a minimum of one year's experience in school administration.
- Knowledge of Kentucky licensing rules and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Child Development, Education, Educational Leadership & Administration, or related field.
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and possess excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient with Google Suite programs and ability to learn other programs quickly.
- Strong written and verbal skills for effective parent and staff communication.
- Energetic, flexible, and ability to multitask.
- Embodies a strong Christian faith and has the ability to work collaboratively with church staff and committees to promote the Weekday School as a ministry of Second Presbyterian Church.
