Additional Information:

• This is a permanent, full-time hourly + benefits role
• Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
• This role participates in our hybrid schedule: Hybrid Schedule:  Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.

Position Summary:

The Sales Order Entry Associate is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by processing incoming orders and optimizing partnerships with SCS Team Leads through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Associate supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and supporting the Sales & Customer Service team as needed. 
 

This Associate role is a foundational position in which the skills and desired characteristics for professional growth within FOH are developed. 

MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Sales & Customer Service team
• Communicates any issues to the FOH team in a timely manner as it relates to assigned orders, including purchase order discrepancies, system failures, etc.
• Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned orders and helping with other orders as needed
• Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One
• Responds to all internal communications and inquiries within 2-4hours
• Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
• Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
• Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Promotes our FOH Culture in all interactions

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum 1+ years' experience in customer service in an office environment, call center, or hospitality industry

Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred 

Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook

The salary/hourly range for this role reflects numerous factors considered in hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, and geographical location. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
