Warehouse/Forklift Driver (5 min from JFK airport)

We are looking for a warehouse forklift driver to assist with picking and receiving associates to support our company's warehouse operations. You will receive input, sort, load, and unload products. The ideal candidate will execute a wide array of warehouse-related initiatives to help continuously improve processes as well as develop new and innovative ways to help with productivity.

Selected candidates will be subject to a probationary initial paid hiring period to assess their reliability and ability to adhere to our company's safety and compliance protocols, and their level of productivity.

Daily Responsibilities

Receiver/Picker/Packer/Shipper Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately using Forklift/ Reach truck

• Packing orders quickly, securely, and efficiently

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory

• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

• Meet daily performance goals and targets

Requirements

• One (1) Years of warehouse experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/ walk for up to 10 hours, able to squat, bend and reach, able to climb and descend stairs safely (applies to locations with stairs)
• Flexibility, willing and able to work overtime as required
• Abide by and follow company safety, quality, and production standards to meet customer demand
• Clean/ valid driver's license
• Team player with excellent organizational skills
