This Desktop Support staff will perform all roles of desktop support including first contact for Support tickets troubleshooting hardware issues imaging desktop equipment handling difficult situations with clients working trouble tickets from system being a mentor to less experienced Desktop Staff solving issues desk side remotely answering how to questions resolving issues related to applications printers connectivity setting up installing new PCs maintaining a positive outlook being professional providing excellent customer service This person select will work at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown as their primary place of duty Greater detail outlined in the skills matrix Some work may be required outside of M-F 7 to 5 not exceeding a 40 hour week More than four years relevant experience preferred education two year degree equivalent technical study
