Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide companionship-emotional support socialization supervision reading game playing monitors safety-bed rails fall risk per service plan. Provides homemaking duties such as light housekeeping laundry meal prep errands observes and reports any changes in client safety hazards client or employee complaints attends client requests promptly promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients by observing infection control practices documents care/services provided pertinent observations submits documentation per Agency requirements treats clients and families with respect functions within limits of individual assignment communicates effectively with the team attends orientation and staff meetings as required as well as completing 13 hours of annual in-services maintains client confidentiality adhering to HIPAA requirements agency policy procedures performs other related duties responsibilities deemed necessary compliant company vision mission values displays behavior complaints code conduct.Job description
