Calling customers (existing/new) for daily orders of productsServe as a liaison between the merchandiser, customer, and the operations departmentProvide customer service by answering inbound calls and emails, professionallySupport the Business Development Managers on orders to ensure accuracyUpdate price sheets and send out to customersMaintain price reports, inventory reports, and return reports dailyWork well with team members to ensure the success of your role and the companyOther administrative tasks to ensure an efficient office and operations
