Job Title:
Associate Attorney – Foreclosure Law

Location:
Hybrid – Mount Laurel Township, NJ, USA
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure pleadings.
Handle foreclosure cases, including contested matters.
Attend mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
Provide regular updates to clients.
Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Assist with special legal projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Ability to work hybrid with in-office training in Mount Laurel, NJ.
