As our IT Support Coordinator you will be part of a team that provides technology support to residents and staff at our award winning Senior Living Community.
Every day, you will walk the campus to provide technical support to our residents and employees, handle equipment, perform assigned project work, and collaborate with your teams.
You will be on-call for occasional after hours planned and unplanned events.Compensation:
starts at $22.07/hour.

We're looking for an IT Support Coordinator with experience...
Managing the lifecycle of desktops, laptops and phone systems while applying required security controls
Troubleshooting networking issues to various endpoints
Handling customer complaints with patience
Training users on how to use technology
Taking ownership of issues and driving issues to resolution independently
Working in collaboration with team members, customers and vendors
