    Overview:
    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, the VP Finance - THMG directs financial planning and analysis, financial operations, and provider compensation activities and transactions for

    our Award Winning Client . This role provides leadership to the financial team and fosters positive relationships within the organization.


    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate financial planning, analysis, and operations with the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

    Direct daily activities of financial staff, including Directors of General Accounting, Provider Compensation, Budget, Financial Analysis, and Financial Reporting

    Oversee monthly financial statement closing process, analyzing variances and communicating results to Senior Leadership

    Partner with Revenue Cycle team to ensure accurate recording of revenue cycle activity

    Collaborate with THMG operational management to interpret financial results and identify improvement opportunities

    Ensure consistent accounting and proper recording of transactions with Corporate and Hospital Finance teams

    Prepare regular reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth

    Direct annual operating and capital budget process, coordinating with THMG Operations and Corporate Finance

    Assist in preparation of proformas for business opportunities and coordinate financial due diligence processes

    Ensure timely and accurate processing of provider compensation transactions and oversee analytical work related to compensation issues

    Implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and internal controls

    Educate staff on financial management principles

    Supervise cost analysis and make rate recommendations to ensure appropriate income/cash flow

    Direct internal and external audits


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
