Job Summary

Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) is a leading Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm in the country with a sole focus on Senior Living / Senior Housing transactions.

The Marketing Coordinator will lead a variety of marketing related functions.

Duties / Responsibilities
Assemble Client Proposals, Offering Memorandums, Closing Summaries and Press Releases
Email and Social Media Marketing
Oversite of various marketing initiatives using various software programs / online platforms
Organizing Client Events

Required Skills / Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong marketing and design skills
Deadline oriented / Time management skills
Detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Ability to collaborate within a team setting
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Education and Experience
0

3 Years Experience
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Marketing background preferred

Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 base salary
Paid Holidays and PTO

Hours / Location
Standard Hours - Monday through Friday
Based in our downtown Glen Ellyn office, with Fridays remote.
