    Job Title: Systems Administrator

    We are seeking a talented Systems Administrator to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Reston, VA.

    About Us:

    The Red Gate Group helps clients implement bold solutions to emerging and evolving threats. We take non-traditional approaches to overcome entrenched obstacles and provide advantage through opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing end-user software troubleshooting and desk-side support
    • Maintaining IT systems and resolving technical issues
    • Supporting end users with hardware break/fix experience, including desktops, monitors, and KVMs

    Requirements:

    • Must be 8570 compliant
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment
    • Experience with Remedy and SCCM
    • TS/SCI Clearance and Active Directory

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience documenting and enhancing the IT troubleshooting process
    • Experience creating SOP's and working with DOD STIGS and SRGs
    • Experience with Printers and network monitoring
    • Ability to support large office moves and lifecycle projects
