POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining expendable inventory in the warehouse and fulfilling daily requests and other assignments that support the needs of the business. He/she will work in a warehouse setting while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additional responsibilities include communicating directly and routinely with internal and external customers while executing tasks that fulfill the needs of the department.

Accurate Inventory Data in All Systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Correctly deliver inventory requests to intended customers
Maintain accurate records of inventory across all company systems
Use the barcode process to meticulously input assets into the inventory system
Continuously monitor and correct inventory system as needed to ensure accuracy of all equipment barcodes
Unbox components; pare down multiple items into self-contained, temporary kitting
Provide backup support to Receiving function as needed
Work with internal and external customers to ensure workflow information is transparent
Maintain an orderly, clean, and professional inventory area

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience regarding organization and accuracy of physical equipment in additional to systems data; must be detail-oriented
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions regarding inventory management
Positive attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment
Ability to use active listening, initiative, and problem solving to complete assigned tasks
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload with competing priorities in a constant deadline driven environment
Safety-minded: ability to follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures in the field shop environment
Demonstrate accountability by taking full ownership in all work assigned
Self-motivated personality with exceptional attendance and punctuality
Excellent customer service orientation with all colleagues and clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of work experience in a logistics, inventory control, or shop-oriented role
Proficient computer skills, including Excel and/or Google Sheets
Must be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy
Previous warehouse experience highly preferred
Ability to work off hours and weekends as needed
Forklift experience highly preferred
High school diploma

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to walk or stand up to 8 hours at a time
Ability to bend, squat, kneel on both knees, and climb stairs frequently
Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
Ability to carry 50 lbs. a distance of 50 feet occasionally
Ability to pinch (10 lbs.) and grip (50 lbs.) related broadcast equipment
Must be able to maintain a position within a space feet tall up to 1 minute occasionally
Ability to horizontally transfer 40 lbs. on a push-pull cart up to 50 feet
Ability to vertically transfer 50 lbs. on a push-pull system with upper extremities only from 4.5 – 6 feet
Ability to ascend and descend a ladder
