- Perform roof inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs
- Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and other residential roofing material
- Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems, such as leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing issues
- Work efficiently and safely at heights, using proper safety equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
- Proven experience as a residential roofer
- Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
