Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a ACHC Accredited Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for full-time Field RNs to cover North Palm Beach County. This company is a recognized expert in the field of senior care. Interviewing immediately.

Location:
North Palm Beach County, FL


Field RN Duties:
Administers prescribed medication

Performs and/or assesses patients with all SOC & personal care activities

Develops or assists with development and implementation of Nursing Care Plan

Conducts initial and ongoing physical, psycho-social functional and nutritional assessments appropriate to patient service status


Field RN Qualifications:
FL RN License

At least one (1) years of nursing in home health care environment.

OASIS and Medicare experience required.

M-F Scheudle, no weekends
