United Staffing Solutions a leader in the staffing industry is seeking a professional Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to assist in identifying Nurses for our clients. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public and have excellent communication skills. We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and looking for a career, not just a job.

Salary: $50,000/year plus commission

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm

Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Recruiter:

• Ability to read resumes and identify qualified DSP's
• Contact and schedule candidates for interviews, training and orientations
• Understand the sense of urgency and be proactive in sending texts and emails
• Able to work independently
• Use emails, text and phone to connect with applicants
• Responsible for building a pipeline of healthcare professional candidates
