    Position: Nail Technician

    Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a creative flair for nail artistry, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Nail Services:
      • Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements according to client preferences and industry standards.
      • Offer a wide range of nail services, including gel manicures, acrylics, nail art, and spa treatments.
      • Provide expert advice on nail care and recommend suitable products to clients.
    2. Client Consultation:
      • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.
      • Offer personalized recommendations based on nail health, lifestyle, and desired aesthetic.
    3. Sanitation and Safety:
      • Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, adhering to industry sanitation standards.
      • Follow proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment after each use.
      • Ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the nail service process.
    4. Customer Service:
      • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
      • Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
      • Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
    5. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay informed about the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
      • Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend suitable at-home maintenance products.
    Qualifications:
    • Certification or license in nail technology.
    • Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with expertise in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
    • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
