- Create external and internal facing technical documentation to support our integrations.
- Adherence to our style guides and content specifications.
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Work with internal departments to identify all documentation needs and continuously revise, edit, and update all existing documentation.
- Research, create, and maintain informational content in multiple media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field preferred but not required
- 3+ years of previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including ability to consult with subject matter experts from software developers, support, QA, and product management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
