    We're on the hunt for passionate Fitness Coaches who can inspire our members to reach new heights and crush their fitness goals.

    About This Role

    As a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory, you'll be leading high-energy group workouts that are designed to push our members beyond their limits. You'll be the driving force behind our members' success, helping them set and achieve their fitness goals through personalized support and guidance.

    Responsibilities

    As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for:

    • Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts that are designed to challenge and engage them.
    • Helping members set and achieve their fitness goals through personalized support and guidance.
    • Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren't.
    • Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.
    • Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.
    • Being a team player and supporting your colleagues to ensure the success of our studio.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

    • Be AED/CPR certified.
    • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
    • Have a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
    • Be able to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
    • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

    Additionally, you'll need to be comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills. If you're passionate about fitness and empowering others to reach their full potential, then we'd love to hear from you!
