    Exciting Opportunity: Clinical Service Lead, RN (Wren Healthcare, a division of WEP Clinical)

    WEP Clinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Service Lead (CSL) to join our dynamic team. As a CSL, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clinical operations of study projects across our business, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.     What You'll Do:

    The CSL will work closely with the Senior Nursing Management team to implement processes and procedures aimed at improving efficiencies and maintaining the integrity of clinical research activities. You will provide oversight to ensure compliance with national, state, local, and sponsor guidelines, while supporting nursing staff in delivering high-quality clinical care. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing equipment procurement and management to support clinical project work.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support nurse administration and HR in recruiting, allocating, and motivating nurses to meet study needs.
    • Provide clinical training to ensure competent and confident delivery of high-quality clinical care to all patients across nursing services.
    • Collaborate with project management to identify efficient clinical processes and develop appropriate training materials.
    • Ensure all nursing activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
    • Work with the global clinical team to support nursing quality and operations.
    • Support nurse network on clinical and administrative needs, including training and payroll support.
    • Demonstrate a professional approach to work and ensure adherence to national professional standards of nursing practice.
    • Serve as a nursing subject matter expert to support the development of new processes within the organization.
    • Support the development and improvement of clinical SOPs to facilitate the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
    • Participate in clinical audits to drive service improvements as appropriate.
    • Develop clinical equipment management processes to ensure supply readiness and delivery for the clinical team.
    • Act as a liaison between warehouse and nursing administration to support efficient equipment management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience).
    • RN License.
    • 3-5 years of clinical research or nursing experience.
    • Proven understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trials, as well as IRB regulations.
    • Nurse Management/Education experience preferred.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
