The primary purpose for this position is to manage delivery-related activities for services engagements and implementations across multiple practices.
This position is also responsible for ensuring achievement of all delivery- related performance objectives, utilization targets, revenue targets, and other key metrics.
This role also participates in uncovering other revenue/business opportunities within the accounts they cover.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages delivery projects, including delivery team members, alliance partners, and subcontractors
Ensures all delivery teams achieve established performance targets
Ensures services solutions are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and meet all quality, design and contractual specifications
Ensures appropriate margin targets are established, project scope is well defined, and project risk is acceptable
Works directly with the client to drive the closure of critical issues, addressing root causes
Works collaboratively with the staffing function to obtain the right resources for projects
Maintains a billable utilization target through Project/Program Management or Delivery work on projects at assigned accounts
Collaborates with sales team in closing other business (hardware, software and services), including personal participation in the selling process
Uses broad IT knowledge and skills to contribute to development new offerings and client solutions
Authors or approves all SOWs and projected financial outcomes
Cultivates the company reputation as a leading edge provider of services solutions
Implements best practices and process improvements to increase services capability, revenue, and profitability
Advocates for the project team around Recruiting, Coaching and Rewards & Recognition
Enhances project delivery capabilities by educating others & developing tools
Complies with all time compliance and time entry guidelines
Meets billable utilization targets
Develops and maintains a good working environment for the team
Creates a positive impact on our culture through demonstration of values and core competencies
Supports employee engagement initiatives
Recognizes and rewards individual and team effort
Supports behaviors that contribute to a constructive culture, recognizing their positive impact on business performance

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or a related field
At least ten (10) years of Consulting and Project Management experience with large enterprise cross-brand projects
Other Position Requirements
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of clients and team members, including management and technical staff
Demonstrated experience leading advanced and complex technology projects in support of business initiatives
Demonstrated client leadership and engagement skills; able to balance delivering, managing the internal financials, client expectations and selling new work over the long term (years vs. months)
Proven ability to understand clients' business challenges, build trusted advisor relationships, and lead business and strategy discussions with clients, influencing client decisions
Demonstrated ability to engage in difficult conversations with project teams and clients on issues, risks and escalations, up to and including executive conversations
Demonstrated ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new solution/product development
Demonstrated ability to transfer technical skills/knowledge to client
Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-up skills
Demonstrated leadership, delegation, coaching, mentoring, personnel management skills
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field
PMP certification
Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients
Essential Functions
This position exists to provide technical project management consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.
The above primary duties, responsibilities, and position requirements are not all inclusive.Salary range:
$160,000 - $184,000, depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target is variable and subject to terms and conditions of plan
