During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.
You'll be at the heart of what we do, learning the business, driving a culture of safety and interacting with our producers.
Throughout the internship, you will:
Learn the operations of a grain-handling facility, keeping results and safety top of mindLead the daily activity of facility employees by partnering with the manager regarding training and direction of personnelBecome an expert in our safety policies and procedures to ensure employees' safety and protect company assetsDevelop positive relationships with our customers, providing outstanding customer service to help build a competitive and sustainable operationLearn from experienced operations leaders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment #LI-PM1 RequirementsWho you are:Action-oriented, enjoys working with hands-on projects – you don't enjoy being at a desk all dayAn emerging leader with experience leading in clubs, athletics, projects, student govt etc.
Able to influence others and drive teamwork and collaborationWilling to learn and apply innovative technologyStrong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree After the Internship:Scoular Pathways Program is a two-year development program that immerses new graduates in broad-based, accelerated learning, developed to drive profitability through diverse experiences, active networking, and ongoing education.? Throughout the two-year program, the participants meet quarterly at our three main corporate locations to network, hear from leaders in our organization and learn more about Scoular and the industry.?At the end of the program, participants will have a deep understanding of Scoular's business and how to own what's possible.
