    Construction Project Manager

    SUMMARY:

    • We are a premier developer in the tri-state region providing quality services and attention to detail to the retail, medical, and multi-family sectors. Their growth over the last several years has been remarkable and well-noticed in the industry and has received multiple awards for the outstanding and unique projects it has delivered to the real estate market.
    • We are expanding its construction management team Looking to hire an experienced full-time Construction Project Manager for projects primarily in Connecticut. The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, RFP's, scheduling, resource allocation, contract administration, quality, safety, dispute resolution, and cost control for commercial construction projects in healthcare, commercial and multi-family settings. Schedule and attend project meetings with owners, tenants, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with 5 years of experience in the management of construction projects over 50,000 SF
    • Strong knowledge of all general trades including sitework and MEP
    • OSHA certified
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work under tight time constraints
    • Thorough understanding of construction AIA contract documents, industry practices, processes, standards, and delivery systems
    • Computer knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
    • Experience with construction management tools (Procore certified preferred), project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project)
    • Excellent work ethic, leadership, and communication skills
