    Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking dedicated and reliable General Labors to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic environment supporting food preparation.     Looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team in entry-level  roles. No experience in manufacturing or warehouse? That's okay — we welcome candidates from fast food, day care and entry level roles in any industry

    Job Title: General Labor

    Location: Ephrata, PA

    Pay Range: $15

    Shift: 1st 

    What's the Job?

    • Assist in food preparation within a cold environment to ensure quality standards are met
    • Support the production team by handling general labor tasks efficiently and safely
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

    What's Needed?

    • No prior experience required; training will be provided
    • Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably
    • Strong work ethic and reliability
    • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed
