:We are seeking an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to join our team If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality, we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure an efficient operation.
- Drive sales and monitor financial performance, including inventory and cost controls.
- Handle guest feedback with a solution-focused approach, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
What We Offer:
- Competitive starting salary up of $65,000 to $75,000/year depending on experience
