Description

Tillman Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a PT owned physical therapy clinic that believes in educating our patients as well as getting them back to the sports and activities they enjoy. We treat everything from ankle sprains and back pain to all the various postop related rehab needs while specializing in sports related injuries utilizing the McKenzie Method.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic new grads and experienced physical therapists who are ready to work hard and play hard in an environment where they are valued, encouraged and challenged to continually grow their clinical skills. You'll also receive mentoring from our senior therapists to help build your treatment knowledge base.

Job Responsibilities:

Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Develop an individualized treatment plan
Teach patient therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
