Flex Houseparents reside on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students living in the home. This unique opportunity requires couples to work together as a team.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship
• Drive students to activities while planning developmental and recreational activities with them
