    This practice has a patient base of almost 300,000, spanning 14 counties and beyond
    The practice is located in a newly renovated floor of a medical office building adjacent to the Hospital
    The hospital facility is only ten years old and has a dedicated vascular suite in the operating room
    The practice includes two advanced practice providers that work in the clinic as well as inpatient setting
