Scrum Master - Principal Systems Engineer

Aurora, Colorado


Rate:
$85 to $100 an hour depending on experience and benefits

Have you worked with requirements decomposition for System Performance, Software Function, and trade studies for architecture strategy. We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to develop teams, collaboration, and issue resolution.


Impact:

• Customer collaboration with engineering leadership to perform analysis ensure up to date requirements traceability matrices; assist in the creation/management of a project schedule based on development and release activities.
• Communicate to all levels of the organization and drive processes to successful completion in support of schedules via Sprints, Stakeholder Meeting, Tasking, via a mix media and communication plan
• Technical planning and capability / feature designs, technical detailing and metrics collection, analysis and reporting for the agile development teams.
• Cloud solution, where parts of the system will be on the Cloud environment.
• Networking, infrastructure, cyber security, software design and architectures.

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Over 8 years of prior relevant experience, (or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.)
• Experience supporting agile development activities, including requirements specification and integration test and verification activities (full life-cycle)
• Experience with requirements derivation, capability development-analyze complex requirements and determine viable solutions
• Experience defining acceptance criteria for capabilities that can be detail designed and developed by external teams
• Experience performing responsibilities of a SCRUM Master (SCRUM Master Certification desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SIGINT, GEOINT, or Multi-INT Intelligence Community (IC) background analyst with end user mission experience
• Cloud-based S/W architectures
• Cameo, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, or Windchill
• MBSE
• AWS cloud experience
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Convert client needs to achievable requirements or capabilities
• JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc
• Technical cost and schedule
