A top retail client in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join their team for a full time position.

This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the category strategy, optimizing the supplier base, conducting sourcing events, and negotiating contracts.

This is a hybrid position that requires work on-site on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the remainder of the week working remotely.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage and optimize supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality products and services.
• Conduct sourcing events, including RFPs and RFQs, and negotiate agreements that drive cost savings and value.
• Support contract execution, including contract development, review, and compliance.
• Communicate effectively and develop presentations for senior leadership across various business units.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analysts.
• Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and strategies.
• Master's degree
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience Cloud Licensing , Infrastructure, information security, cloud storage, desktop collaboration.
• Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management in the Technology Sourcing field.
• Proven experience developing and executing category strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field; Master's degree preferred.
