Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Hostess Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and an in-depth understanding of reservation management systems, particularly OpenTable. You will play a crucial role in managing our dining room operations, ensuring that each guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostess desk and ensure smooth functioning of dining room activities.
• Utilize OpenTable to manage reservations, optimize seating arrangements, and handle guest flow efficiently.
• Train and supervise hostess staff on OpenTable usage, customer service best practices, and restaurant policies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and floor managers to ensure timely seating and turnover of tables.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
• Analyze and report on dining trends, reservation patterns, and customer feedback to improve service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase retention rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hostess Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of OpenTable and its advanced features.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
