- Oversee the daily operations of the hostess desk and ensure smooth functioning of dining room activities.
- Utilize OpenTable to manage reservations, optimize seating arrangements, and handle guest flow efficiently.
- Train and supervise hostess staff on OpenTable usage, customer service best practices, and restaurant policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and floor managers to ensure timely seating and turnover of tables.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.

- Proven experience as a Hostess Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of OpenTable and its advanced features.
