    Role Overview

    We are seeking an individual who embodies our core values of keeping promises and striving for excellence in their work.

    A successful candidate will provide administrative support to our maintenance shop, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage parts procurement and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels
    • Maintain accurate fuel records and complete necessary paperwork
    • Assist with warranty claims and data entry into our computer system
    • Support the paperless environment by monitoring barcoding and other processes
    • Provide excellent customer service through phone and email interactions

    Requirements

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience:

    • 1 year of office and/or operations experience, preferably in the transportation industry
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience with AS400 and SAP is a plus
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday, AM shift (subject to change based on business needs)
