    Min 3 years of MS and/or PACU exp for these needs please

    This is more of a PACU unit than a straight MS role, so please ensure your candidates have those skillsets.

    "What is the patient population? Cardiac/med-surg, high surgical volumes (pacemakers, cath lab, post-Open Heart, TAVR,Nitro and Cardizem ), fast-paced unit, IV drips - amiodarone, heparin, lasix, bumex, milrinone, etc.

    What is the average nurse to patient ratio? 5 to 6 patients per nurse on night shift - We typically staff 5 nurses for 26 patients. There will be a charge nurse with a lighter team (2-3 patients) and a Clinical Resource Nurse to help educate and assist with critical patients."

    Required Certifications & Licensure:
    -Illinois state RN License in good standing.
    -BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
