    Summary:

    As the Sr. Analyst – Medication Adherence, you will play a pivotal role in driving business insights, financial modeling, and operational efficiency within our Medication Adherence Business Ops Team. Your responsibilities will span across internal and external reporting, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pharmacy operations. With your analytical prowess and proactive mindset, you will contribute to enhancing our customer-specific pharmacy financial models and ensuring the competitive pricing of our products and solutions. Your ability to leverage tools like Salesforce Einstein and Tableau will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement in forecasting processes and methodologies.

    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Pharmacy Optimization, and other Omnicell teams to drive operational excellence and customer success.
    • Engage in collaborative problem-solving to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in pharmacy operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and produce comprehensive reports, forecasts, and models for internal and external stakeholders, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
    • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Optimization team to develop customer-specific pharmacy financial models aimed at improving operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with Product Management teams to ensure the strategic pricing of our products and solutions in the market.
    • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes by partnering with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance teams.
    • Evaluate sales forecast data and provide actionable feedback to Sales leaders for performance improvement.
    • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for internal leadership and customers as required.
    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
    • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, sales processes, and performance monitoring tools.
    • Communicate analytical results effectively to all levels of management, both verbally and in writing.

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
    • Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with complex analytics and model building.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a self-starter attitude.
    • Ability to engage customers and internal partners effectively.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • College Degree.
    • 3 years of experience in system administration, business intelligence, data analytics, sales support, or related fields.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA.
    • Healthcare experience, particularly within institutional pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or PBM.

    Work Conditions:

    • Travel to customer locations and company offices for meetings as required.
