- Assists in supporting and leading new company initiatives; works with the School Director to ensure adaptation of new programs, policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all federal & state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards and policies.
- Closes the building (6:30 p.m.) daily.
- Assists in planning and supervising school field trips and programs; ensures curriculum is followed.
- Assists in creation of staff schedules; helps to maintain accurate and complete employee and child files; assists with classroom observations as needed.
- Completes all required paperwork and recordkeeping on a timely basis.
- Ensures School financials are up-to-date, accurate and organized.
- Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the school.
- Understands payroll and budget control and remains within target; achieves enrollment goals.
- Seeks professional development opportunities; stays current on new practices in the childcare and education industry.
- Have, or in the process of attaining, an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Director Qualified Desired
- Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant/Toddler certification strongly preferred.
- Business and/or accounting experience
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE MANAGING A PRESCHOOL/CHILDCARE FACITLITY MANDATORY
- Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PA licensing requirements helpful.

Hours: 10am - 6:30pm
Assists School Director in the oversight of talent, brand, and operations to ensure Celebree's mission, vision and values are upheld. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Assists in maintaining enrollment and managing all resources effectively and within budget.
