Job summary
The incumbent will provide readjustment counseling services to eligible individuals who are experiencing military related psychological and psychosocial problems.Responsibilities include intake screening and assessment, direct readjustment counseling service provision, risk assessment and crisis intervention,
Care coordination linking Veterans with other community services resources opportunities maximize independence health well-being,
