    Title: Senior HCM Project Manager

    Location: Onsite in Houston, TX

    Job Description :

    The Sr. HCM Project Manager position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of large to enterprise scale and complexity technology projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, funding parameters and requirements. Executes the project plans and activities following project management best practices ensuring quality and integrity of the information throughout the entire life cycle of the project. Interacts with stakeholders across the organization including Sr. Leadership and Executives in order to accomplish goals. Serves as a role model and mentor to more junior staff.

    Required Skills and Experience :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with an information technology focus.
    • Five years of successful experience in implementing large to enterprise scale and complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of HCM software within WorkDay
    • PMP - Certified Project Management Professional (PMI)
    • PROSCI - Certified in Prosci Change Management (PROSCI)
    • Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
    • Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security
    • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles
    • Project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
    • Ability to deliver projects using leading-edge technology
    • Strong knowledge of current technologies
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively facilitate meeting
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (IT, customers)
    • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office products
