    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Car Wash Attendant is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment
    • Provide customers with information and benefits of the fast pass program at the pay stations, vacuum stations, & gas pumps to provide best possible customer service.
    • Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor
    • Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel
    • Ensure all vehicle parts are properly secured before entering the tunnel.
    • Ensure the safety of customers and fellow employees by instructing customers on how to enter tunnel
    • Be sure the vehicle is fully stopped once in tunnel. Instruct customers to put transmission in neutral, do not engage the brakes and keep hands off steering wheel
    • Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed
    • Be able to know how to use certain equipment for them to be able to work efficiently
    • Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized
    • Check for maximum suction, keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
    • Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner
    • Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management
    • Strong ability to handle the physical demands of the job
    • Perform Any other duties that are assigned
    Qualifications

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Must be able to work various shifts, weekend, extended hours and to have a flexible work schedule. Onsite supervision is generally present during each shift.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to stand for hours at a time.
    • Must be able to work outside during all seasons (summer heat, winter cold and rain)
    • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining a high energy level.
