    BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as the Logistics Programs Liaison. Logistics Programs Liaison will support the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) organization operating on Davis-Monthan AFB to establish, coordinate, develop and maintain functions for assigned programs to meet Air Force, local (base), FAA and OSHA compliance. The candidate will monitor requirements, coordinate, sustain and manage Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and ensure compliance with all government and BAE Systems Asset Management and Accountability standards. The Logistics Programs Liaison will be the subject matter expert on the many guidelines, regulations, contract specifics, and Command/local rules that govern the programs under the members span of control.

    Additional responsibilities include the following:
    • Develop, initiate, maintain and monitor Logistics training. Member coordinate with CLS Training Manager to ensure currency is maintained across departments. Furthermore, this person will build, initiate, and monitor individual training plans to ensure employes are on track per CLS training documents.
    • Review requirements and coordinate with customers to recommend changes to tools and aircraft maintenance equipment.
    • As required, support the preparation, movement and return of the EA-37B CLS team off-station and support the logistics organization operating on Davis-Monthan AFB.
    • Maintain calibration requirements for test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) within Repair Station and local compliance standards.
    • Ensure HAZMAT/HAZ Waste compliance with Base, Local, State and Federal Government instructions/regulations.
    • Coordinate with Base HAZ Pharmacy on EA-37B HAZMAT requirements.
    • Additional Duty Weapon Safety Representative (ADWSR). Follow base guidance when storing explosive material.
    • Communicate with site lead, on-site customer representatives, onsite-team members, and BAE Systems program team in New Hampshire.
    • 1st Shift (Potential to support other shifts depending on mission needs)
    Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

    • Secret security clearance
    • Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring a comprehensive training program.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communications, along with exceptional organizational and planning skills.
    • General knowledge of Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency Publications, and Department of Defense deployment reporting instructions.
    • Must have experience managing organization and department wide programs.
    • Above average familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Have experience with US Air Force deployment processes, procedures, databases and operations. Additionally, have experience completing cargo preparation and processing.
    • 2 or more years interpreting Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency Publications, and Department of Defense deployment reporting instructions.
    • Use of TCMax tool accountability system to control issue/turn-in, inspections and calibration of aircraft tools and test equipment.
    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $ $142600

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
