Description
This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the technology infrastructure framework. This framework delivers business application services to the organization.Responsibilities include capacity planning, asset management, service level agreements, high-availability, problem management, risk and security, change management, incident management, disaster recovery planning, and project management.
This position reports to the IT Infrastructure Supervisor and works closely with the entire Information Services team to ensure consistent, business-focused service delivery.
