    Overview:


    JYG is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) preparedness, selection, implementation, and adoption process.

    This critical role requires a professional who possesses both excellent technical acumen and strong interpersonal skills.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the integration of an ERP system across departments and will be available to report on site in Dayton, Ohio on a weekly basis.


    Project Leadership:
    Lead various aspects of the ERP project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to post-implementation support and optimization
    Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
    Establish clear project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities to facilitate effective decision-making and accountability
    Coordinate with key stakeholders, including department heads, IT staff, vendors, and external consultants, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project

    ERP Preparedness and Selection:
    Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering to understand functional and technical requirements for the ERP system
    Lead the evaluation and selection process for ERP software solutions, including conducting market research, issuing RFPs, and facilitating vendor demonstrations and evaluations
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define evaluation criteria, prioritize key features, and make informed recommendations for system selection

    Implementation Management:
    Oversee the configuration, customization, and implementation of the chosen ERP solution, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
    Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
    Mitigate project risks and issues by implementing proactive mitigation strategies and maintaining open communication with stakeholders
    Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that end-users are adequately trained and prepared for system adoption

    Change Management and Adoption:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to promote user adoption and minimize resistance to change
    Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate the benefits of the ERP system and address concerns or challenges
    Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, departmental champions, and project team members throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of the ERP implementation and identify areas for improvement

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex ERP implementation projects
    Strong technical background with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related technologies
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
    Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
    Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, SCRUM, AGILE) is desirable
    Experience in change management, business process reengineering, and organizational transformation is a plus
    Familiarity with public sector operations and regulations is preferred
    Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship
    Must be able to pass a background screening
