We are seeking a Lifeguard & Safety Coordinator to join our Aquatics Team at the West Boise YMCA & Boise City Aquatic Center.

- Work closely with the Director to ensure department operations are consistent with approved Leading Practices.
- Supervise Lifeguarding staff, including hiring, onboarding, role-modeling, coaching, scheduling, certification management, and on-going development.
